Our Process

Walk Through

We begin by scheduling a walk through consultation for all staging packages. This will allow us to visualize the space and see what is needed to spark the imagination of potential buyers.

Quote & Contract

Once the walk through is completed, we will send you a quote for our staging services pending your approval. Once signed and returned to us, we will collect the quoted fee and schedule an installation date.

Installation

On our scheduled installation date we do all the heavy lifting for you. We will bring in and install all furnishings and accessories based on the package you have selected below. Our packages offer a 28 day rental period.

Removal

Once your house is sold, we will schedule a date and time to pack up all our staging furniture and accessories. Loved the staging design? We offer the option to purchase our furnishings and decor.

The Essential Package

Selling your vacant property? We will set up a walk through consultation to visualize the space. Staging furnishings and accessories will be selected for the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. Any additional rooms will be quoted at an additional fee.

The Enhanced Package

Looking for show home quality staging? We will set up a walk through consultation to visualize the space. We will use only fine furnishings and accessories for each room to spark the imagination of potential buyers.

The Refresh Package

Working with a tight budget? We will set up a walk through consultation to restyle the existing furniture within your space. Providing you with a refreshed space that is visually organized.
